Respect Each Other

Respecting each other is an important value to uphold in any community, including on Cliqket. Here are a few specific ways that members can show respect to others:

• Treat others with kindness and compassion. Show empathy and understanding towards others, and strive to be understanding and considerate of their feelings and needs.
• Avoid harming or offending others. Be mindful of your words and actions, and avoid doing anything that could harm or offend others. This includes avoiding insults, slurs, and other forms of derogatory language.
• Respect boundaries. Respect the boundaries of others, and ask for their consent before taking any actions that could affect them. This includes respecting their personal space and privacy.
• Don't discriminate. Do not discriminate against others based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or any other characteristic. This includes avoiding making stereotypes or assumptions about others based on their identity.
• Resolve conflicts peacefully. If conflicts or disagreements arise, try to resolve them in a peaceful and respectful manner. This may involve seeking out mediation or other forms of conflict resolution.
• Do not sexualize children or engage in grooming behaviors. Sharing content or links that depict children in a sexual or violent manner, including illustrated or digitally altered pornography, is strictly prohibited. We will report any illegal content or grooming behaviors to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
• We discourage and may take action against vigilante behavior. It can interfere with our investigations and reporting to law enforcement.
• Do not share adult content with anyone under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in adult content on Cliqket. If you have channels or servers that contain adult content or other restricted content, such as violent content, you must label them as age-restricted.
• Do not use adult content in avatars, server banners, server icons. And also invite splashes, emoji, stickers, or any other space that cannot be age-restricted.
• Do not share sexually explicit content of other people without their consent. Nor promote the sharing of non-consensual intimate materials (such as revenge porn).
• Do not share content that promotes or glorifies suicide or self-harm. Nor encourage others to engage in such behavior. Using self-harm threats as a form of emotional manipulation or coercion is also prohibited.
• Do not share real media depicting gore, excessive violence, or animal harm. Especially with the intention to harass or shock others.
• Do not share content that violates anyone's intellectual property or other rights. This includes stealing or using someone else's content or ideas without permission.

Be Honest

Honesty is an important value in any community, and it is especially important on a marketplace like Cliqket where trust is a key factor in successful transactions. In order to foster an honest and trustworthy community, we ask all members to be truthful and transparent in their interactions and communications. This includes accurately describing the condition and features of items for sale, and not sharing false or misleading information. It also means not engaging in activities that could harm others or gain unauthorized access to their accounts or systems. By following these guidelines, we can create a positive and reliable marketplace for everyone.

• Accurately describe the condition of items for sale. Be honest about the condition of any items you are selling on Cliqket. This includes disclosing any flaws, damage, or other issues that may affect the value or function of the item.
• Clearly describe the items for sale. Provide a clear and accurate description of the items you are selling, including any relevant details such as size, color, or material. Do not leave out important information or exaggerate the features of the item.
• Do not share false or misleading information. Do not share false or misleading information on Cliqket. This includes content that could lead to significant risk of physical or societal harm, such as misinformation about public health or safety. We may remove any content that we reasonably believe could cause harm.
• Do not engage in malicious impersonation. Do not impersonate others or organizations on Cliqket with the intent to deceive or harm. Satire and parody are generally allowed, as long as they do not cross the line into malicious impersonation.
• Do not engage in activities that could harm others or gain unauthorized access. Do not engage in activities that could harm others or gain unauthorized access to someone else's account, network, or system. This includes distributing malware, stealing authentication tokens, phishing, and other hacking or social engineering techniques.

Respect Cliqket

Respecting Cliqket and its community is essential for maintaining a positive and enjoyable experience for all members. There are a few specific ways that members can show respect for Cliqket and its community:

• Do not use spam. Do not use spam or other disruptive or annoying tactics to promote products or services on Cliqket. This includes posting repetitive or irrelevant content, sending unsolicited messages, or using misleading or deceptive practices.
• Do not abuse Cliqket or its features. Do not abuse Cliqket or its features in any way, such as by attempting to overload the platform or hack into its systems.
• Do not use bots or other automated tools. Do not use bots or other automated tools on Cliqket without permission. This includes using bots to post content or send messages.
• Do not mislead the support team. If you need to contact Cliqket's support team, be honest and transparent in your communication. Do not try to deceive or mislead the support team in any way.
• Do not engage in or promote illegal or dangerous behavior. Do not use Cliqket to engage in or promote illegal or dangerous behavior. This includes activities that could harm others or break the law.

We take violations of our community guidelines, terms of service, and other policies very seriously. If we determine that a member has violated any of these agreements, we may take a number of enforcement actions, including issuing warnings, removing content, suspending or banning accounts, and potentially reporting the matter to law enforcement.

Please note that our policies and guidelines may evolve over time as new threats or issues arise. We reserve the right to take action now or in the future against any behavior that we determine to be harmful to the Cliqket community or platform.
